The Joys of Fatherhood

In "The Joys of Fatherhood", Oliver Wnuk alias Freddy Kleemann, learns that there are limits to the capacities of a loving father, caring son and committed pre-school manager. Even though a relationship crash is imminent, the nice-guy protagonist is finding it difficult to dial down the intensity of his exhausting multitasking life. Freddy feels that their joint search for the right care facility for him could be their last father-son project together or at least the last his father will be aware of. And so, he wants to spend time with him and cherish all the precious moments. Freddy's mother-in-law Regina (Hedi Kriegeskotte) is a huge and much needed help to the Kleemanns. And while she enjoys being there for other people, she also wants something for herself. Perhaps a relationship would do her good? At least that's what her grandchildren Zoë (Sophie Reiling) and Niko (Max Günther) are thinking when they secretly put their grandma on an online dating platform …
